Container and Arrow Weight Restrictions

あらゆるコンテナが無制限に荷物を収納できてしまうのを修正します。

・コンテナの種類毎に収納可能な重量上限が設定されます。
・矢とロックピックの重量を0.1、ゴールドの重量を0.01に変更します。
・商人や店のコンテナは変更されません。

※オプションにパッチ有り
